This notice explains what NorthSTR collects when you send an enquiry through the form on our contact page, by email or by telephone, and how we use it.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, town or area, enquiry type, optional property type and listing link, and your message. From email sent to hello@northSTR.co: whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, ask follow-up questions, assess whether a property or plan may fit, and pass your enquiry to the right team member. We do not use it for marketing lists.

Our AI assistant

NorthSTR’s AI assistant reads enquiries, may reply by email from hello@northSTR.co to ask questions or explain our offers, and prepares a summary for our team. It always says that it is an AI. It does not approve properties, set rent or make lease decisions; people do.

Replies are generated using AI models from Anthropic, accessed through Lovable’s AI service, which process the text of your enquiry for that purpose.

Storage and access

Enquiries are kept in NorthSTR’s Google Workspace mailbox and in our enquiry database hosted on Lovable Cloud. NorthSTR team members can access them. We keep enquiry records while they’re needed to respond and follow up, and you can ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Email hello@northSTR.co to ask about, correct or delete your information, or to ask that only a person replies to you.

Reply "stop" to any email from our assistant and it won't email you again. We keep your email address on a do-not-email list so that it stays that way. A person can still help if you write to us later.

Website and measurement

The website is hosted through Lovable. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to serve and protect the site. No analytics destination or marketing tracking is configured by this application. The application defines allowlisted contact-intent events but has no configured recipient for them. Hosting may inject its own scripts and process technical or usage data; this notice does not claim the host performs no tracking. Fonts and photographs are served with the website.
