Dennis's role is property sourcing and representation. NorthSTR's role is assessing the property and becoming the corporate tenant under an agreed lease.
Start the conversation before you buy. Discuss the particular property's location, permitted use, condition, operating needs and proposed lease terms with NorthSTR. Suitability needs to be established for that property before you commit to a purchase.
If you buy a property NorthSTR has identified as ideal, with Dennis Williams as your real-estate agent for the purchase, NorthSTR will sign a 3–5-year lease.
Both conditions apply. Every purchase through Dennis does not automatically qualify. The exact rent, term, responsibilities and transaction sequence need to be agreed.
